Demo Site Usage & Privacy Policy
1. Purpose of this site
This site lets you try the AK Data Solutions Research AI Agent. It is provided for evaluation and is not a production service. Production deployments run on each client's own servers or cloud, under that client's own policies.
2. Sample data
Questions that start with / are answered from a fictional demo dataset (donors, companies, pledges and documents). All people, organizations and amounts in it are made up. Any resemblance to real persons or organizations is coincidental.
3. What you should not enter
- Personal information about yourself or others (names, addresses, ID numbers, health data).
- Confidential, financial or business-sensitive information.
- Passwords, keys or other credentials.
4. What we collect
- Your name, and your organization if you enter it, from the welcome box. They are saved in a cookie in your browser so we don't ask again.
- A referral tag, if you arrived through a link we sent you
(for example
?ref=yourname), so we know how you found us. - The questions you submit and the answers generated.
- Technical data needed to run the service, such as IP address and request time, used for rate limiting and troubleshooting.
Requests may appear in server logs. Logs are used only to operate and improve the demo, are not sold or shared for marketing, and are deleted periodically.
5. Web research
Questions without / trigger searches on the public web. Your question text is sent to a search provider and web pages are downloaded to answer it.
6. Accuracy
Answers are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check important information against the cited sources. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the demo for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or to overload the service. Usage limits apply, and access may be restricted or withdrawn at any time.
8. Availability
The demo may be offline, slow or changed without notice.
